With over 25 years as a Registered Nurse—including 13 years in Workers’ Compensation—Debbie Wright has always been passionate about caring for people. During her time working with employers, employees, and legal teams, she saw firsthand the challenges businesses and individuals face in financial security, compliance, and planning. This sparked her passion for helping people take proactive steps in business and finance.

In 2015, Debbie transitioned into business consulting, working alongside her husband in tax and financial services. Now, as the founder of TruStep Advisors, she helps both individuals and business owners take control of their financial futures. As an Enrolled Agent with the IRS and a Ramsey Preferred Financial Coach, she provides expert assistance in tax resolution, preparation, and financial guidance.

Her background in nursing gives her a compassionate and solution-focused approach, ensuring that clients feel supported, educated, and empowered in their financial and business decisions.

When she’s not helping clients, Debbie enjoys crafting, reading, ministry work, and spending time with her husband, two grown sons, and five beloved grandchildren.
